"FRY!" you say?   Sounds greasy doesn't it?  NOT SO with Plantation Breader.  Use Plantation Breader and a good oil (we prefer peanut oil), cook at the proper temperature, and your dish will not be greasy.   Plantation Breader does not absorb oil like other dips and coatings.   Why?  Because only a little Plantation Breader is used to lightly coat/dust your fish/chicken/chops.
