Thaw frozen french fries slightly and

Pecan Crusted Trout - Breader, egg,
pecans then fry
Crepes - fill with chicken salad,
smoked salmon cream cheese, or crabmeat and cream sauce. Use crepe as bottom for
crust pizza or sandwich wrap.
